I want to thank all of you who take the time to read about me and my family. It is great to have all of you come into my home and see how I deal with every day life. And thank you for letting me vent to you all, after all having 5 children I need someone to vent to.

fitness stinks

It has been three weeks since i started my fitness routine and let me tell you I feel so good and can't believe how long it has taken me to get this going. I always said I need to see results before i would keep up with it. well results i have! I have more energy throughout the day I don't need my afternoon pop to keep me going. I have noticed little things about the way I look but not much I just feel my watch move around and my ring comes off. I know that sounds funny but when your watch is tight on your wrist and it doesn't move around it makes you feel good to feel it move again! I asked my husband if he could see anything different and he said he could see some so that makes me happy. I have set little goals for me for each week. this week is to get through my new workout let me tell you this one i borrowed from my friend is hard it kills me I think I like my little walk away the pounds it has helped me so far. it is a good work out and it makes me feel good. i can't wait until it gets a little warmer and the sun stays out longer so me and Stella can walk at night (and maybe she will sleep in in the morning!)
I thought the food would be the hardest part of weightless but it is going great I eat more fruit and measure out my cereal so I don't over eat. If I know that I am to have cake or somethings that is not so good for me I would eat a smaller lunch and workout a little longer. If I tell myself I can't have it it makes me want it more so I let myself have it and just eat a small bite and leave the room so I don't want more. I tell myself that I'm not on a diet I am just changing my way of life! my children are learning to sometimes I even have them workout with me or I have them watch me and cheer me on it feel good to have the support from all my family. with out them I wouldn't be able to do it. Let me tell you it is hard work but if you stick with it and change little things in your life you can get to the weight you want to be. if you want a work out partner look me up I would love to have a work out buddy! I'm so happy you have the will power and a good outlook, little goals will add up to much more in the end, I'm proud of you you kicked the smoking, and now you are smoking off the pounds and getting fit after every work out just remember how much stronger in your mind and body you are becoming way to go! love ya mom

I am so happy for you! You have a great plan, and it sounds like you're working it well! The tip i tell everyone, that i know for sure works is that you shouldn't deprive yourself! Watch the carbs, and the weight will come off - even if you don't exercise! But the exercise is important, your fitness tip of the day today explains why! And you should be proud of the way you've built your blog too! It looks GREAT! :)
