I just wanted to up date you all on my status with the weight loss. I am sitting at 30 lbs still trying to hit my goal weight but am having a little trouble. I need my motivation back! Today is the day that I will eat my small meals and fruit stay out of the lounge at work. and eat more fish. I will continue to do my walking. I will keep telling myself that it is all worth it. I will get into the pants that I have been waiting to get into for a long time. I will do it again.
I will need help I will need the positive rewards so I keep going. I just need to it again.
Today is the day I will do it and I will!!

don't know where you do get the motivation and will-power,I say that just after I had 3 small scoops of Schwans Ice Cream and 3 small vanilla cookies, I just think it is so very strong and smart of you to keep it up and work hard on your health and improvement of your mind and body, yes I know you can do it, look what you have done all ready in your life, become a wonderful daughter,sister, mother, wife and friend to many, and mentor to many kids in your school,and to quit smoking is a very self-rewarding thing to have done, and if ya just need a little help to keep you going just close your eyes and listen real close you will hear someone telling you how happy and proud you have made us all.
