Its been about 5 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds. I have been very good at staying with my workout everyday at 4pm, I slip my dvd in and walk for 45 minutes it is a hard 45 min but the more I put into it the more I get out of it. I enjoy my work out it gives me time to myself and time to think.
When I started to work out I didn't think it would work and I didn't put all my energy into. I did it because I wanted to prove myself wrong and prove to everyone that I had medical problems and wanted an easy way out or just give up because it wouldn't work. But when I lost 5 lbs the 1st week was so excited and found out that it did work. So the next week I put my whole heart into and lost 11 lbs latter I was even more happy.
I don't about being on a diet any more I just think about a change in my life to make me healthy and my kids. They are learning to eat well and try new foods. Some they like and some they don't. fish being the one they don't like.
so like I said before fitness stinks but I love it.
